Location: Manchester Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day production and construction site activities

· Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project flow

· Manage labour allocation, equipment, and material schedules

· Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations

· Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource usage

· Review technical drawings and ensure design plans are correctly implemented on site

· Report progress to senior management and resolve any operational delays or issues

· Implement continuous improvement practices to maximise productivity

· Ensure workforce performance meets expected standards

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction industry

· Proven leadership and people management skills

· Strong understanding of UK construction standards and regulations

· Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills

· Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
